Got these bad boys in the post today. They are so tiny and delicate.

So, I was thinking how genius it would be to have an origami mobile. Loads of colourful cranes hanging in a mostly white room. So pretty. But there was the hassle of making them. I bought the paper a while back and thought, ‘Yes, I will make lots of lovely paper cranes on the weekends.’ Did I? Did I fuck. Yesterday my lovely cousin and her husband were ’round and we cracked out the paper – rock and roll! I was rubbish, Janey B was pretty good and of course Maffews stuck to the task and completed his lovely red crane. Damn him. Anyway, I realised that he’s not going to spend endless hours creasing paper to make my mobile dream come true so I did a bit of scouting around and found Made By Jo on Etsy. What a genius. Millions of paper cranes. Gazillions. I will have my paper crane mobile after all.
